DEAR Editor,

   Ever since the flood and the explosion at the Circle GOIL Filling Station, which took away many innocent lives, the question which has kept lingering on my mind is “how prepared are we, with the care of victims?

It’s such a painful experience to have a slight burn by a candle, let alone falling victim to that painful saga and resultant excruciating deaths.
